Agent: Next, please! Hello, where would you like to go today?
Traveler: Hi. I want a ticket to London, please.
Agent: Okay, London. Do you want a single ticket or a return ticket?
Traveler: A return ticket, please. I am coming back tomorrow.
Agent: Tomorrow. No problem. That will be forty-five pounds, please.
Traveler: Here is fifty pounds.
Agent: Thank you. Here is five pounds change. Your train leaves at 2:30 PM from Platform 4.
Traveler: Platform 4? Thank you. Is it a direct train?
Agent: No, you need to change trains in Reading. You have a ten-minute wait there.
Traveler: Okay, change in Reading. Thank you very much for your help.
Agent: You're welcome. Have a safe journey!
