All night long, the snow fell silently. Now, the whole world looks white and magical. Ben is very excited. He quickly puts on his thick coat, his warm wool hat, and his waterproof gloves. He runs outside into the garden. The air is fresh, and the snow is very cold. He bends down and makes a round snowball. He throws it at a tree, and it goes splat!
Then, he decides to build a big snowman. He rolls three large balls of snow. He runs to the kitchen and finds a long orange carrot for the nose. He uses black stones for the eyes and buttons. He takes his own scarf and puts it on the snowman. His mom opens the door and calls him for a mug of hot chocolate. It is a perfect winter day.
