Weather and Indoor Fun
It is raining very hard outside. The sky is gray and dark. Mark stands by the window. He cannot go outside to play with his friends. He feels bored and a little sad. "What can I do inside?" he asks his mom. His mom smiles and gives him some white paper and a box of colorful crayons. Mark sits at the table to draw a picture.
He draws a big yellow sun and a green tree to make himself happy. He draws his house with a red door. Then, he puts the crayons away and plays with his toy cars. He builds a big city on the living room floor. Suddenly, the rain stops. He looks out the window and sees a beautiful rainbow in the sky. Mark runs outside to see it better.
